Rates
By the hour
My hourly rate (2024) is AUD $60 + GST.
I keep a log record of my hours for each client, and bill with 14-day terms unless otherwise arranged. For short jobs, the client is invoiced when work is completed and delivered. For larger jobs, a downpayment may be required, and clients may opt for regular invoices. Payment can be made by bank deposit, Paypal, cheque or cash.
Delivery of digital files is by email, Dropbox or download.
Delivery of hand-made art is arranged by telephone.

Quotes for certain projects will be estimated on the hourly rate and negotiated with regard to deadlines and budget.
Unless otherwise re-negotiated, once a client signs off on an estimate, they will be billed for no more than the agreed-upon amount. If the project comes in under budget, they will only be billed for the actual time and expenses outlaid. Interim invoices may be issued on request.
If the scope of the project needs to widen, a revised quote must be negotiated to encompass the additional work. Work already completed will remain billable.
